We are Duos Asinos, a growing company founded and based in Belgrade. Our partner is a North American, innovative, worldwide renowned front-runner in its industry, with a large user base.
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to technical specifications. This role involves managing multiple client engagements and providing account management for smaller clients, fostering strong relationships while helping them achieve their technical goals. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of technical project management skills and client relationship expertise.
What We’re Looking For:
Technical Project Management
- Manage multiple IT projects from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to technical requirements and budget.
- Develop project plans with milestones, resources, and risk strategies.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to clarify requirements.
- Address technical challenges promptly, coordinating with development teams.
Account Management for Smaller Clients:
- Serve as a technical account manager, providing tailored solutions and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Identify new service opportunities aligned with clients’ evolving needs.
Technical Expertise and Collaboration:
- Act as the technical expert for projects, ensuring proper implementation of requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical roadblocks and integrate IT systems.
Client Relationship Management
- Build trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders and communicate technical details clearly.
- Regularly update clients on project progress and address their inquiries.
Resource and Risk Management:
- Manage technical resources effectively and identify project risks, developing mitigation plans.
- Serve as an escalation point for critical technical issues.
Financial and Technical Reporting:
- Monitor project budgets and provide clients with financial and technical reports.
- Collaborate with finance for accurate invoicing.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to improving project management practices and identify new service offerings.
- Mentor junior project managers and technical staff.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in project management with a focus on technical IT projects, ideally in a professional services environment.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, systems architecture, or IT infrastructure.
- Proven experience in managing multiple, complex IT projects for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Experience in account management, with a track record of managing client relationships and delivering technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Jira).
- Strong communication skills, able to translate complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
