We’re on the lookout for a skilled Solution Architect to join our high-energy tech tribe! Solution Architect will be reporting to the CTO and be responsible for designing solutions involving relational and non-relational database, data streaming, and data analysis technologies. Solution Architect will bravely dive into challenges related to implementing new microservices-based applications in a high-through, data-driven, distributed environment. Your responsibilities:
⦁ Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices and standards.
⦁ Develop and maintain architecture documents for software projects and analyze existing data and design data models for microservices using domain-driven design.
⦁ Identify storage technologies for microservices and define data persistence requirements and backup objectives.
⦁ Work with DevOps and Engineering teams to implement prototypes based on designed architecture and define and maintain event message data structures.
⦁ Implement Big Data storage and analysis solutions and develop a business intelligence strategy with EDW and online reporting tools.
⦁ Enforce security best practices in all architectural designs, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of user data
⦁ Design applications, interfaces, and blueprints meeting business requirements and develop and maintain coding standards, ensuring adherence across developers.
⦁ Document and present technical approaches for critical projects and evaluate 3rd party solutions, mentor team members, and anticipate roadblocks.
⦁ Contribute to best practices, code reviews, and post-implementation discussions and collaborate in cross-functional teams to complete project deliverables and resolve incidents.
Your qualifications:
⦁ 5-7 years experience as a Solutions Architect, preferably in the digital commerce, dating industry or related domains (customer management, order management, channels, billing & payment, martech & adtech)
⦁ Extensive experience implementing and managing NoSQL storage technologies like Mongo DB, Cassandra, ElasticSearch, and Redis
⦁ 5+ years of Java/Scala/Groovy backend development experiences with strong emphasis on functional (Lambda expressions, Streams API) and reactive programming techniques
⦁ 4+ years of experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
⦁ Experience with Spring Data and Spring Security
⦁ Experience with Streaming Platforms (Apache Kafka, Apache Spark etc.)
⦁ Experience with MySQL, Mongo DB and Redis
⦁ Experience with AWS Redshift
⦁ Experience with Agile methodologies
⦁ Strong familiarity with a Linux/UNIX development environment
⦁ Graph Databases, GIT, ELK/EFK, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, i18n experiences are considered assets
⦁ Experience working in a fast-paced web application environment
⦁ Experience with LAMP an asset
⦁ Ability to work in a team with developers, QA testers, analysts and systems administrators
⦁ Degree or diploma in Technology, Computer Science

Afterward, you’ll get an official offer from us, if both sides agree, we sign the contract, and boom, we’re done!
