QA ENGINEER

As a QA Engineer, you will start with manual testing for the first 3 months to get a comprehensive understanding of our systems, workflows, and platforms. This will allow you to become intimately familiar with the products we support, identify potential pitfalls, and understand the user experience. After this period, you’ll gradually transition into test automation, where you’ll help us automate key QA processes and improve overall efficiency.
Your role will involve creating and managing test cases, improving CI/CD workflows, handling bug regressions, and collaborating closely with developers to identify potential issues. Given that our applications support over 40+ million daily users, your contribution will be crucial in maintaining a high-quality user experience.

🔧Tech Stack You’ll Work With: During your time with us, you’ll encounter a variety of technologies and tools across both manual and automated testing.
Our core tech stack includes:
- Languages: Java
- Automation Frameworks: Mainly Selenium and good to know Cypress/Playwright.
- CI/CD Tools: Jenkins
- Version Control: Bitbucket
- Test Management Tools: TestRail, Jira
- API Testing: Postman, REST Assured
- Native and Mobile Web Testing: Appium, XCUItest
- Test Platforms: SauceLabs, LambdaTest

You’ll also have the chance to explore additional tools and frameworks depending on the project needs, with opportunities for continuous learning and upskilling.
🔍What we’re looking for:
- Strong grasp of QA methodologies and procedures.
- Experience in writing and executing test cases.
- Hands-on experience or education in IT.
- Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with software development life cycles and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
💬Our Selection Process: We start with an introductory meeting where we’ll tell you more about Duos Asinos, our partner projects, and get to know you better. If there’s a mutual fit, you’ll have a technical interview with our team lead. Once both sides agree, we’ll send you a formal offer. Upon acceptance, we’ll finalize the contract, and you’ll be ready to begin!
