QA Team Lead

The project is a dating platform with about 100 million users of which about 40 million are active daily. The user base is spread across native iOS, Android and web applications (built with PHP and React. The QA team plays an integral part, ensuring that all of the beforementioned applications work as expected and that users have a good experience.
At Duos Asinos we like working from home and usually meet at the office only when there’s some food and drinks! We’re not fans of meetings, so we try to keep them to a minimum (just the ceremonial stuff) and it’s not important when you work, as long as the deadlines are met.
Our teams follow the SAFe methodology where each team has members for every stack (iOS, Android, Java, PHP, React, QA, etc), so when you’re working on a feature your team is the only one working on it.
We’re in the process of modernizing the whole platform, so we promote innovation and initiatives to fix or improve the code.

As a QA Team Lead, you are responsible to lead and grow QA team members as well as drive and improve the function of QA in an agile environment. Communicate with other stakeholders around the world. Implement and support a KPI driven approach across your team.
You would also focus on continuous QA improvements including the usage of the business cases/logic analysis and recommendations, testing tools, testing techniques and quality monitoring tools.
Requirements:
⦁ Experience or knowledge of QA Automation concepts and processes
⦁ Previous experience as a QA Team Lead or other managerial roles
⦁ Knowledge of QA terminology and practices (ITIL framework, ISTQB standards)
⦁ Experience with TestRail or similar software
⦁ English language full proficiency is a must
Not a must, but cool if you have it:
⦁ ITIL or ISTQB Certification
⦁ Experience with testing on mobile devices (iOS & Android)
