Technical Writer
We are Duos Asinos, a growing company founded and based in Belgrade. Our partner is a well-established North American business technology and payments company, with a century long history and a front-runner in its industry, more than 4.5 million businesses as clients.
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to collaborate with product teams, developers, and product owners. You will focus on validating, grooming, and enhancing technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness. If you’re passionate about technical writing and teamwork, this role is for you.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with Tools: Familiarity with AEMS, Mulesoft, Confluence, and Jira.
- Experience in Technical Writing: Prior experience in a technical writing role.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work well with multiple teams and adapt to changing requirements.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on identifying gaps and improving content quality.
Key responsibilities:
- Documentation Validation & Grooming: Ensure documentation from product teams is accurate, clear, and complete.
- Identifying Gaps & Clarifications: Spot gaps in information and collaborate with product owners to request additional details.
- Collaboration with Developers & Product Managers: Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate representation of technical content.
- Documentation Reviews & Team Collaboration: Participate in documentation reviews and team meetings to foster a healthy writing culture.
- Adherence to Documentation Standards: Learn and apply client-specific guidelines to maintain consistency across documentation.
- Familiarity with system integration and troubleshooting of complex issues across various system layers.
